12V Digital Electric Radiator Fan Controller Switch Kit, Item Number 0444

This 12V digital controller switches radiator fans on and off based on air temperature for automotive and industrial cooling systems. The temperature sensor mounts in the fin area of the radiator and reads the air flowing across it. Settings are adjusted through simple programming.

An LED screen shows live readings from 104 to 230°F (40 to 110°C) and keeps custom presets after power is removed. Fans engage when the set point is reached and switch off 5°C below it. The unit runs one or two fans, with a 10-second delay before the second fan starts, and handles a 30A load. Wiring includes leads for an A/C override or manual toggle switch built into the harness.
