2-Pack USB to TTL Serial Adapter with 1m Cable & 10 Test Clips, CH340G USB to UART Converter Module for Microcontroller Programming, Development Board & Router Flashing
Key features
- Wide Voltage & Practical Baud Rate – Works with 3.3V and 5V logic (Arduino, STM32, ESP8266, Raspberry Pi Pico). For reliable communication, we recommend ≤230400 baud – this covers 99% of firmware download, serial monitor, and IoT debugging tasks. No need for unstable ultra-high speeds.
- USB 2.0 Full Speed (12Mbps) Interface – The USB side is never the bottleneck. The UART side supports up to 1.5Mbps theoretically, but stable real‑world performance is guaranteed at 230400 baud and below – same as most CH340 modules on the market.
- Hardware Flow Control (RTS/CTS) – Prevents data loss even at 230400 baud when transferring large files or streaming sensor data. Many cheap CH340 modules omit this feature; ours keeps your communication rock‑solid.
- 640‑Byte FIFO Buffers – Both RX and TX buffers prevent overflow during continuous data exchange. Works out of the box with Windows (98/ME/2000/XP/Vista/7/8/10/11), macOS, and Linux (kernel 2.4+). No extra driver hassle.
- Cost‑Effective for Real‑World Use
📌 About Baud Rate – Important Information for Stable Use This CH340G USB-to-Serial module supports baud rates up to 1.5 Mbps according to the official chipset specification. However, in real-world applications, the most stable and widely used baud rates are 115200 and 230400. These settings are commonly used for: Arduino IDE Serial Monitor ESP8266 / ESP32 firmware uploading STM32 flashing and debugging 3D printer firmware updates (Marlin / Klipper) Higher baud rates such as 500000, 921600, or 1.5 Mbps may work in some environments, but can be affected by USB cable quality, hub stability, driver differences, and system latency. This is a common limitation of USB-to-serial communication and is not specific to this product. For best reliability, we recommend using 115200 or 230400 baud rates.
