• CLEANS IN MINUTES, NO TOOLS: Every 30-90 days, depending on pets and dust, slide the McPherson filter out and rinse it with a garden hose, or blow it out with an air hose, working from the clean side outward. Use a little mild dish soap for heavy buildup. Skip pressure washers, washing machines, dishwashers, bleach and harsh chemicals, which can damage the media. Let it air dry completely, 24-48 hours, then slide it back with the arrow pointing toward the blower.
