4F27E Transmission Shift Solenoid and Filter Kit for Mazda and Ford Focus Transit Connect Models
This 4F27E transmission kit includes a shift solenoid and a filter for the 4F27E (FN4A-EL) 4-speed automatic transmission. The shift solenoid valve controls hydraulic fluid flow so the correct gear engages at the right time.
Look for signs that a replacement may be needed, such as slipping or hesitation during shifts, delayed shifts between gears, shift solenoid circuit codes P0750 to P0770, or automatic transmission fluid that has turned black or smells burnt. A clogged filter restricts fluid flow and can lead to overheating.
