Five strands of clear collagen snack stick or slim jim casing. Natural beef product from the USA. Slim 17mm diameter for narrow snack sticks that will be about the diameter of a #2 pencil when fully dried. Easy to use. Each strand will fill about 4.5 lbs of meat. Total package yield is about 23 lbs. You will need a slim 3/8" stuffer tube for these casings. A standard 1/2" diameter tube will be too big.
