The Koyo 6300 series is a deep groove ball bearing made from quality vacuum-degassed high carbon chromium bearing steel resulting in superior bearing life. Due to the deep groove geometry the bearing can withstand high speeds, radial loads, and axial loads. Also, with standard ABEC 1 precision tolerances and larger C3 clearance bearings maintain alignment and stability even at higher temperatures (120 degrees C/248 degrees F). The 6300 series bearings utilize steel or polyamide cages to equally separate balls. This ensures loads are distributed evenly and reduces friction, increase speed, and dampens noise and vibration. In addition, the series provides options for a sealed bearings or unsealed bearings. Sealed bearings utilize a shield or rubber seal to keep contaminates such as dirt and grime out and lubricant in and are packed with Mobil Polyrex EM for lifetime lubrication. Unsealed bearings allow for in place lubrication addition and replacement.
