This air conditioning compressor has an aluminum body and comes with its clutch. It is delivered with oil already inside, so no oil needs to be added for first use; adding too much oil can damage the unit.

Before fitting, clean the cooling system lines. Flushing the system helps remove old oil and debris, including metal shavings left behind after a part fails. Blocked lines can cause the compressor to fail from excess pressure.
