This aluminum bung kit lets you fit a threaded return line fitting into a fuel tank. It converts a 9/16-18 thread to a 6AN fitting and accepts material up to 1/4 in thick. An O-ring is included to help prevent leaks.

Installation requires only a 1/2 in hole drilled in the tank, with no welding. Turning the bolt with a wrench, or with a power tool set to 60 Nm, compresses the bung so it seats firmly against the inside wall of the tank.
