These inserts are suitable for machining applications involving steel, stainless steel and cast iron and are intended for use in compatible milling machines and cutter systems. The inserts are available in two geometry options: M2 and H2. The M2 configuration is associated with finishing applications, while the H2 configuration is associated with roughing applications. This allows the appropriate geometry to be selected according to the machining operation. The APMT1135 PDER configuration has an approximate 11.3 mm insert length, 6.35 mm width, 3.5 mm thickness and 0.8 mm corner radius.
