Bench Grinder Grinding Wheels. 80 Grit 8 Inch. Sharpening Various Steels

Key features

• Applications: Grinding hard materials and heat-sensitive steels. Used for the grinding and profile grinding of tools, cutters, molds, gears, threads, thin-walled parts, etc
• Quality and Characteristics: White aluminum oxide grinding wheels—also known as vitrified (ceramic) grinding wheels—are manufactured by sintering high-grade abrasive grains, premium aluminum oxide, and a bonding agent at high temperatures. They are wear-resistant and durable. Key features include high hardness, friable abrasive grains with sharp cutting edges, strong grinding capability, low heat generation, resistance to high temperatures and acid/alkali corrosion, high efficiency, and excellent self-sharpening properties. They produce a smooth, fine finish on the ground workpiece
• Dimensions: Diameter: 8 inches; Arbor hole: 5/8 inch; Thickness: 1 inch. This is a standard-sized grinding wheel designed for use on grinders with a 5/8-inch spindle. Please select the grinding wheel that fits your specific machine model.
• Safety and Precautions: The base of the bench grinder must be securely anchored; an unsecured base allows the machine to shift, causing wheel vibration and potential injury during grinding. Before installing the grinding wheel, perform the necessary checks as outlined in the provided manual. Ensure appropriate personal protective equipment is worn before operating the grinder.
• After-sales Service: Every product undergoes inspection and packaging, though unforeseen issues can occasionally occur. If you receive a product you are not satisfied with, please feel free to contact Amazon. We will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
