Chlorinator Cover for Hayward Cl200

Key features

• COMPATIBLE MODELS: This chlorinator lid is designed to fit Hayward automatic chlorinators, including the commonly used CL200 and CL220 models. For proper installation and performance, please verify that your existing chlorinator model matches these units before purchasing to ensure correct compatibility.
• UPGRADED WATERTIGHT SEALING: Our Chlorinator Lid Cover features an improved tight-thread design with a durable internal O-ring to create a reliable leak-resistant seal for the pool system. This replacement part effectively prevents water and chemical leaks while blocking outside debris and external particles from entering the feeder. It provides a secure, watertight cap that offers reliable protection against harsh weather conditions and constant pressure.
• HEAVY-DUTY MATERIAL: This chlorinator cover is made from sturdy ABS plastic, offering excellent corrosion resistance and durability in demanding pool environments. The internal O-rings are made from chlorine-resistant rubber, helping create a tight, watertight seal to reduce leaks and support reliable chlorinator operation over time.
• EASY TO INSTALL: This automatic chlorinator lid installs quickly without specialized tools. First shut off the pump and close the valves. Press the locking clip and twist the old lid to remove it, then carefully lift it off. Apply silicone lubricant to the O-ring if needed, screw the replacement lid onto the feeder, and tighten until it passes the locking clip. A chlorinator wrench opener may help loosen tightly sealed lids.
