The CME gauge block set is used for setting and checking micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and comparators, and for layout and inspection work. The set contains 36 Rectangular blocks made of Steel to Grade 3 and specification GGG-G-15C, with lengths referenced to a calibration temperature of 68°F. Individual blocks can be wrung together in combination to build up a required dimension.
