Rust-Oleum Concrete Interior Wall Paint creates a unique, textured concrete look on ordinary drywall, wood and hardboard interior walls. The semi-transparent matte formula is designed to let a properly applied primer show through, building realistic depth and dimension with each additional coat. For Sidewalk Gray, apply over a white Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 primer, using light, even strokes in a cross hatch pattern with a 3 to 5 inch brush. The first coat will not provide full coverage, so continue building layers to reach the desired concrete effect. This water-based formula dries to the touch in 30 minutes and can be recoated in 1 hour, with a full cure reached in 7 days. Coverage is up to 30 square feet per quart. This paint is intended for interior walls only and is not recommended for floors or exterior surfaces. Clean up brushes and application tools immediately with soap and water for easy maintenance.
