This 12VDC continuous duty solenoid relay has a nickel-plated outer layer and a sealed canned coil. The coil is wound with copper wire rated at 180 ℃, and the normally open contact uses 2 copper points.
The maximum transient flash current is up to 300 Amp. For continuous working current the source recommends staying under 150 Amp, and for sustained current above 150 A it advises limiting how long the relay stays engaged to reduce heat buildup. It comes with a straight bracket and is described for use in marine, winch, military vehicle, hydraulic control unit, golf cart and factory machine applications.
