• Spec / Included - 2 ×.035" V-groove drive rolls + 2 × guide wire tips. Knurled V-groove pattern grips.035" wire without shaving jacket. Steel alloy construction, heat-resistant for continuous MIG duty. Matches factory drive block bore and set-screw flat.
• Function - Replaces worn flat spots on old drive roll (causes wire slip / bird's nest), chewed groove from wrong wire size, or cracked guide tip. Restores steady wire feed rate and arc consistency. Proper V-groove alignment prevents wire wandering off contact tip.
• Install Note - Power off welder, release drive roll tension, lift pressure arm, remove retaining screw/set-screw, slide old roll off drive shaft, seat new roll (V-groove faces correct direction - check old orientation), tighten set-screw to flat, re-install guide tip, set tension per wire type, test feed with trigger (no gas/no wire at first). Allen key + slot screwdriver - not "no tools", not plug-and-play. Wrong groove direction = wire shaving = poor arc.
