This flame sensor is the direct replacement for many York, Luxaire, Coleman, Coleman-Evcon, Fraser/Johnson, and Air Pro furnaces. This flame sensor is straight and measures 2-7/8" from mounting flange to tip. The exposed portion of the sensor tip is 2-1/2" long. Overall length is 3-3/4" (not including electrical terminal). Ceramic length is 1" with a flame rod length of 2-1/2". The wire termination is a 1/4" male quick connect terminal. This part replaces 024-27773-000, 025-25434-000, 025-25434-700, 025-27773-700, S1-02527773000 and S1-02527773700. Care instructions: Do not clean flame sensors with sandpaper as the grit will melt into glass and the sensor will not work. Clean with steel wool or a Scotchbrite pad.
