• Washable as follows: Remove the filter; Spray with degreaser such as Simple Green and allow it to soak for 10 min; Rinse with hot tap water; Repeat as necessary; Allow to air dry and re-install in hood; Wash monthly for best results; *The manufacturer does not recommend cleaning in the dishwasher, or the use of boiling water. *You may not be able to wash away all of the grease, this is okay, as a small amount of grease in the filter will help it collect more grease in the future.
