L090 L-Jaw Coupling, 3/4 to 1 in, Flexible Log Splitter Pump Coupler

Key features

• Rugged and Durable: Coupling hubs adopt high-strength HT250 cast steel with black oxide finish for good corrosion resistance. The NBR rubber spider works steadily from -40°F to 212°F, resisting hydraulic fluid, fuel and dirt for long service in harsh environments
• What You Get: This L090 3-piece coupling set includes two hubs and one NBR rubber spider. It features a 3/4" bore with 3/16" x 3/32" keyway and set screw, paired with a 1" bore with 1/4" x 1/8" keyway and set screw, ideal for connecting 3/4" engine shafts to 1" pump shafts
• Premium Performance: The flexible L-jaw structure effectively absorbs shock loads and compensates angular and parallel shaft misalignment. It dampens vibration and running noise, greatly reducing wear on motors, pumps and bearings to extend overall equipment lifespan
• Widely Used: The curved jaw design fits tightly with the rubber spider to achieve zero backlash and stable torque transmission. Ideal for industrial and agricultural equipment, including wood splitters, hydraulic pumps, gearboxes, compressors, blowers, mixing equipment, conveying systems, and mowing equipment
• Direct Replacement and Easy Maintenance: Compatible with Lovejoy, Martin, Browning, TB Woods and other standard L090 L-jaw couplings for universal replacement. The 3-piece design enables quick spider replacement without shaft removal, saving time and cutting maintenance costs
