It is made of polyethylene (PE) for durability and resistance to cracking, and it has a technical polymer sub-base for strength at high temperatures. It has male British Standard Parallel Pipe (BSPP) threads for attaching to a female fitting. This silencer has a maximum operating pressure of 145 pounds per square inch (psi) and an operating temperature range of 14 to 176 degrees F.
