Macro Reverse Lens Adapter Ring 49mm for Canon EOS EF Mount Cameras
This macro reverse ring is made of aluminum alloy and mounts a standard lens backwards on a Canon EOS EF mount camera. Reversing the lens shortens the focusing distance for close-up shots of small subjects such as flowers, insects and jewelry, with magnification up to 7:1.
Electronic contacts between camera and lens are disconnected, so autofocus and auto aperture do not work and exposure must be set manually. Enable the no lens release shutter option in the camera menu. Tighten the ring to the camera body first, then screw the lens into its 49mm thread.
