Dirt causes failure.*Correct Torque: Overtightening cracks stator laminations. Undertightening causes vibration damage. Use a torque wrench.*Wire Routing: Improper routing leads to melted wires or shorts. Keep clear of exhaust and moving parts.*Flywheel Removal/Install: Use the correct puller/socket. Striking it can damage bearings/stator. Tighten flywheel nut to spec.*Seals/Gaskets: Replace cover gasket/seal to prevent oil leaks.*Magnets: Handle flywheel carefully; strong magnets can attract metal
