• YOU CAN DO IT. Replacing a switch is one of the easiest do-it-yourself projects you can tackle. Disconnect power to your range before completing this repair. Remove the screws from back panel and the console, and remove the console to expose the switch. Take a picture to help remember how wires are connected to your current switch. Then it is kind of obvious to remove old switch and replace with this new one.
• Note of Caution: Your cooking range usually uses more than one switch. Even though your model# is listed down below, it is still best to TAKE OUT YOUR EXISTING switch and make sure this is the correct one for you.
