PET is more environmentally friendly than PVC and offers excellent clarity and flexibility.Each clamshell features six pie-shaped cavities and holds approximately 2.5 ounces of wax. These molds are primarily used for candle wax melts but can also be used for chocolates, soaps, and other small-batch DIY crafts. Recommended pour temperature is between 140°F and 150°F. Do not exceed 160°F. If pouring hotter than 150°F, test one mold first to ensure the plastic does not warp. These molds are reusable, though repeated high-heat exposure may affect their long-term durability.
