PneumaticPlus SAR200T-N02BG Air Pressure Regulator, 1/4" NPT, T-Handle
Key features
- AIR REGULATOR WITH GAUGE AND T-HANDLE - Reduces high, uneven compressor pressure to the exact setting your air tools and actuators need, and holds it steady as demand rises and falls. Set it with the T-handle, then tighten the hex nut beneath to lock it there against vibration.
- SELF-RELIEVING DESIGN, 39 SCFM AT 90 PSIG - When pressure downstream rises past your setting, this compressed air regulator vents the excess to atmosphere instead of holding it in the line, so downstream pressure drops back to your setting instead of staying high at the tools. Adjustable from 0 to 150 PSI.
- AIR LINE REGULATOR, WALL MOUNT OR PANEL MOUNT AT THE POINT OF USE - The included bracket puts it at the workstation, where pressure control is most effective. Install it downstream of a filter, sold separately: rust, pipe scale and other debris in shop air settle on the valve seat, and that shows up as a setting that drifts or will not adjust down.
- 250 PSI MAXIMUM INLET PRESSURE, INCLUDED 0-160 PSI GAUGE - Built for continuous service at the full rated inlet pressure and works across a 23 to 140 degrees F operating range for dependable, repeatable regulation on industrial air systems.
- MADE IN KOREA, BACKED BY A U.S. COMPANY, 1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY - PneumaticPlus is a U.S. company headquartered in Carson, California. This air pressure regulator is precision-made in Korea and backed by a one-year limited manufacturer warranty, with customer service provided directly from our California headquarters. Real support from the people who stand behind the product.
Unregulated shop pressure costs you twice: run a tool above its rating and you burn air and wear it out faster; run it below and you lose force and speed. The SAR200T-N02BG puts you in control - set your working pressure once with the T-handle, lock it with the hex nut, and it holds there as the compressor cycles on and off, so your tools keep consistent power and speed. It is a self-relieving air regulator: when pressure downstream of it rises past your setting, or when you dial the setting down, the excess vents to atmosphere through the bonnet instead of staying trapped in the line. That means you can lower a setting on a dead-ended line without cracking a fitting to bleed it, and a short hiss when you do is the relief working as designed, not a leak. The 0-160 PSI gauge and mounting bracket are included, and it can be wall mounted or panel mounted at the workstation, adjustable anywhere from 0 to 150 PSI with a 250 PSI maximum inlet pressure. This air line regulator is sized for point-of-use, single-tool work on 1/4" NPT, rated at 39 SCFM measured at 90 PSIG: airbrushes, staplers, blowguns, and small pneumatic tools. If you need more air, the series scales with port size from 1
