Key features

• ELEMENT AND BOWL IN ONE KIT: Includes one raised 8-inch canning element for a plug-in electric range and one large, heavy-duty chrome Style A drip bowl.
• GIVE LARGE STOCKPOTS CLEARANCE: The raised coil lifts a canning pot above the range top, allowing airflow underneath and helping reduce heat trapped against the stovetop.
• CATCH CANNING OVERFLOW: The deeper drip bowl collects water drips and boilover beneath the element to help keep the surrounding range surface cleaner.
• CHECK STYLE A COMPATIBILITY: Designed for many Style A plug-in electric ranges, including compatible Amana, Frigidaire, Maytag and Whirlpool models. It does not fit GE or Hotpoint ranges; check your range model before ordering.
• KNOW THE COMPONENTS: The chrome drip bowl is made in the USA and the canning element is made in Mexico for a family-owned USA based company. Prevent damage to the surface of your stove by providing proper air ventilation when canning.

Canning element with drip pan is specially designed for home canning. This taller element can hold a heavy, full stock pot up off the stove. This allows the air to properly circulate, giving better temperature control and preventing discoloration and damage to the range top. The deeper drip pan allows for spills and overflow. Fits most plug-in electric ranges including Amana, Crosley, Frigidaire, Maytag, Whirlpool. Will not fit GE or Hotpoint ranges. 8" canning element with 8" drip pan.
