Please note where I have added the arrow, you need to unscrew this piece, take out the cable and replace it with the new one and make sure to screw it back in. The cable needs to be tight, NOT loose, so the brake will work. Please make sure to confirm the rollator you have matches the picture I am providing. If yours does not resemble the picture I am including, the new brake cable will not work for you as it will be too short.
