Round PTO Wire Lock Hitch Pins 1/4” x 2-1/2”, 3 Pack Tech Team

Key features

• QUICK-RELEASE PTO & HITCH PIN DESIGN – Secure compatible equipment connections without keeping track of a separate cotter pin or retaining clip. These round wire lock pins feature an attached spring-wire retainer that swings over the end of the pin to help hold it securely in position. When equipment needs to be disconnected, simply release the wire and remove the pin. The convenient one-piece design is ideal for applications where attachments are installed, removed, adjusted, or serviced frequently on tractors, trailers, lawn equipment, and farm implements.
• 1/4” DIAMETER x 2-1/2” LONG ROUND PINS – Get the specific size commonly used for farm, lawn, garden, towing, and utility equipment applications. Each Tech Team #00846 round lock pin measures 1/4 inch in diameter by 2-1/2 inches long. The round shaft and attached wire locking mechanism provide a convenient solution for compatible PTOs, hitches, axles, attachments, and linkage points. Before ordering, verify your equipment requires a 1/4-inch pin diameter and 2-1/2-inch usable length to ensure the proper fit for your application.
• REPLACES CLEVIS PIN & COTTER PIN ARRANGEMENTS – Simplify compatible equipment connections with a single-piece pin and locking assembly. Instead of using a traditional clevis pin together with a separate cotter pin, R-clip, or similar retainer, the attached double-wire lock stays connected to the pin. That means fewer loose pieces to drop in grass, dirt, or gravel and fewer small clips to lose in the toolbox. An excellent quick-release hardware solution for frequently changed tractor attachments, PTO equipment, lawnmowers, trailers, carts, and agricultural implements.
• TEMPERED STEEL WITH CORROSION-RESISTANT FINISH – Built for dependable equipment and outdoor use, both the pin and attached wire lock are manufactured from tempered steel. A yellow zinc dichromate finish provides added corrosion resistance while delivering the familiar gold-colored appearance commonly found on agricultural and utility hardware. The strong steel construction makes these round locking pins practical replacement hardware for compatible farm, lawn, garden, trailer, and workshop applications where a removable pin must provide dependable retention while remaining quick and convenient to release.
• 3-PACK FOR TRACTORS, TRAILERS & LAWN EQUIPMENT – Each package contains three Tech Team round double-wire lock pins, giving you hardware for several compatible applications or convenient replacements to keep on hand. Use them to secure compatible hitches, axles, PTO connections, tractor implements, lawnmower attachments, trailers, carts, and other equipment requiring removable retaining pins. Keep extras in a tractor toolbox, trailer box, barn, garage, workshop, farm truck, or maintenance kit so a properly sized 1/4-inch quick-release lock pin is available when you need one.

Tech Team #00846 Round Double Wire Lock Pins combine the pin and retaining mechanism into one convenient assembly, giving you a fast, practical solution for compatible PTO, hitch, axle, and equipment connections. Each round PTO lock pin measures 1/4 inch in diameter by 2-1/2 inches long, a commonly used size for a variety of agricultural, lawn and garden, trailer, and utility equipment applications. The attached double-wire locking mechanism eliminates the need for a separate retaining clip in compatible applications. Insert the pin through the connection point, then swing the spring-wire retainer over the end of the pin to secure it. When you're ready to disconnect the equipment, release the wire and remove the pin. Because the locking wire remains attached, there's no separate cotter pin or R-clip to put down in the grass, drop underneath a tractor, or lose in a crowded toolbox. This makes these quick-release wire lock pins parti
