The SKF P2BL-RM pillow block bearing has a housing made of cast iron with two mounting bolts, a setscrew locking collar, and contact seals. The one-piece bearing housing is made of cast iron and it is assembled, lubricated, and sealed at the factory for maximum strength and rigidity. This non-expansion-type bearing has an inner ring that extends from one side and uses a setscrew locking collar to attach the shaft. Contact seals on both sides of the bearing retain lubricant applied at manufacture and help protect against contaminants. It is a normal-duty bearing and can carry shafts with radial or radial-and-thrust loads.
