Key features

  • Accurate Within ±4% for Clockwise Direction – The actual calibration accuracy will be stated on the certificate for your wrench, and will be within ±4%
  • Full-Range Calibration Using the ISO Standard – Because this torque wrench is calibrated to the ISO standard, it also meets and exceeds the ASME standard
  • Serialized Certificate of Calibration – Includes serial number, test results, and test equipment and conditions
  • 90-Tooth Flex Ratchet Head – The single half-moon pawl maintains 10 teeth engaged with the gear at all times, so it won't skip under stress; the 10-degree flex head offers the clearance to work around nearby obstructions
  • Large Conversion Scale – When a torque spec calls for ft-lb, you can flip the wrench over and use the laser-marked conversion chart on the back

Tekton split beam torque wrenches are quick to set and can be stored at any setting. They are calibrated to be accurate with ±4% for the clockwise direction and are certified to the ISO standard for the full listed range (70 - 350 Nm), unlike torque wrenches calibrated to the ASME standards, which do not require calibration below 20% of the listed range. The 90-tooth ratchet has a single half-moon pawl that maintains 10 teeth engaged with the gear at all times, so it won't skip under stress. The 10-degree flex head offers the clearance to work around nearby obstructions. Some accuracy is lost when the handle is not in the straight position, so this feature should only be used when needed. Every torque wrench includes its own calibration certificate, matched to the serial number on the handle. Five measurements are recorded at each of the three set points (70, 210, and 350 Nm) and the results are printed on the certificate. When a torque spec calls for ft-lb, you can flip the wrench over and use the conversion chart on the back. The chart is laser-marked as large as possible. The conversion factor is also labeled above the chart if you'd rather do the math (1 ft-lb = 1.3558 Nm, roun
