Upgraded spindle for easier installation Compatible with MTD Cub Cadet 918-04134 or 618-04134 (A, B, C, D also) . These have threaded (tapped) mounting holes and include mounting bolts. The OEM (and most aftermarket) spindles do not have threaded holes and require self tapping bolts to install. To ensure this part goes with your machine you should always go by the model number and serial number, which is normally found under the seat of your riding mower.
