Although it’s labeled “2XL,” that refers to the overall organizer size (about 10" × 11"), not extra-large individual compartments, so it’s best for shoppers taking roughly 5-8 average-sized pills per dose (larger supplements like fish oil or very high pill counts may feel tight).
