• Pre-Installation Safety Preparations: Power & Fluid Isolation: Shut down engine, disconnect spark plug wire to prevent startup. Turn off water, release residual pressure, and drain water/pump oil to prevent leaks; Remove Old Manifold: Unscrew 4 retaining bolts, remove old valve body. Clean pump surface to remove scale, debris, and old seal residue.
• Assembly Procedure: 1.O-Rings: Place 4 O-rings flat into grooves; 2.Align Manifold: Match water flow direction. DO NOT install backwards to avoid bursting. Hand-thread 4 bolts; 3.Tighten Bolts: Tighten in a cross pattern in stages to prevent leaks; 4.Adapter: Wrap Teflon tape on threads, screw into manifold side hol; 5.Hoses & Fluid: Refill pump oil. Reconnect inlet/outlet hoses; 6.Test: Run water to purge air. Check leaks, start engine. Turn knob clockwise to raise pressure
• Taboos: 1. No one-sided overtightening to avoid body cracks/leaks; 2. No dry running; always supply water before startup to prevent pump burn-out; 3. Do not use glue to replace damaged O-rings; Troubleshooting: 1. Mating leaks: Re-tighten bolts diagonally or replace O-rings; 2. Low pressure: Clean scale/debris inside unloader valve; 3. Vibration/Noise: Loose body or trapped air. Purge air fully with water.
